The successful applicant must complete an application, undergo a background check; there is a 2 year lease. Deposit is one month's rent. If two applicants each can demonstrate stable monthly income of 3xs the rent through primary employment, this income may be considered. The income of a working parent who agrees to cosign on the lease may be considered. All cosigners must complete a rental application (no additional earnest money required) and consent to a credit and background check. The primary cosigner must meet the requirements of the primary applicant above to be considered. All adults must submit the rental application, undergo a credit and background check, and, if approved, sign, the lease, unless contrary to law. There is a two (2) year lease. No Pets; no Smoking. Extra ordinary circumstances may also be considered. The deposit is one month's rent. There is a non refundable application fee of $40 per applicant separate and apart from the background and credit check fee conducted through Trans Union Smart Move. We will comply with all laws both state and federal. These laws could require exceptions or accommodations concerning the above policies.
