About This Property
2 bedroom 1 bathroom large kitchen, dining room and living room that has been used a third bedroom. Off-street parking, yard. Appliances are not provided. Tenants pay all utilities. No Section 8. Please review application requirements - all tenants over 18 must apply, online application requires unique email for each applicant. After submit online application, we review then will request the background check fee - can pay directly to the background check company. All applicants require background checks, photo ID, minimum income of 3x rent or $1800 before taxes, which will be verified and contact from current or previous landlord. NO EVICTIONS.Pets are welcome but must be approved first and require separate pet agreement as well as a deposit $100 and monthly fee of $25.
