I had a door put in between the bedroom space and living space. I have my own exit, you have the original front door to the hallway to lobby. We never cross paths or share a wall as both studio's enter into a room outside the bathroom, this could be the greatest apartment in america, !!!!
The average studio in my area is $3200. To share a bathroom with one, and get to save 1400 a month, YES PLEASE.

How does the bathroom set up work?
If you have a regular routine same each day kinda thing easy, I freelance no real schedule so I would the happily work around your usual time's if not, it's just as you need it.
Its easy to wipe the counter off etc.
To use the bathroom simply open your second door by the kitchen, just look left, it's right there. The door will always be wide open , close your door go in and do your thing. It works terrific , Rarely has it ever been needed same time and I'm no joke time me, three minutes in out , the pics say it all.
We do split the power bill usually runs about $70 each a month.
First and last months rent due at signing so $3600.We can discuss paying the security in twe monthly payments if needed, we're al in this together, and it is ,available now.
What else I try to be green as possible, the garbage is sorted off sight, I do save a lot of my carbon footprint not running the A/C to death and being happy with a coupe fans and ac set on 78, LAUNDRY, In building, great machines same floor two mins .
The couch rug ottoman tv and table lamp can stay or go, any questions or to see the place fill out an application and hopefully you'll be in here soon enjoying being able to walk, yes walk everywhere
