This beautiful colonial house is spacious and bright from the natural light flowing throughout. The decor's contemporary furnishing reflects a seaside theme with splashes of coastal colors and patterns. The main living level has an open plan living/dining area, a cozy parlor, a well-applianced kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. There is the main staircase and a second set of stairs that lead to the upstairs bedrooms. At the top of the main staircase is a furnished open space perfect to work or study remotely. There are two porches to relax on, one that is covered and one screened in. The location is also ideal for theatergoers and art lovers to take in a top-rated performance at the Gloucester Stage Company and to discover the art, culture and restaurants in Rocky Neck. Downtown Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, and neighboring communities are just a short drive to explore all that Cape Ann has to offer. Renter responsible for heat (gas), hot water, electric, & snow removal. Internet, water/sewer, and landscaping included. First, last, & security due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
