An additional dining table of the same design can seat an extra 4 people by the entertainment area. The 4 bedrooms of the villa are located on the second floor. The Primary suite is furnished with a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Enjoy the extraordinary sunrises just beyond the horizon, with direct access to the oceanside lanai. The room’s spacious private ensuite feels like a miniature spa with a gorgeous marble walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, large dual vanities and a separate water closet. Ample natural light flowing in from several windows including a large overhead skylight makes this space truly peaceful and relaxing. Guest bedroom 2 is outfitted with 2 double beds, a baby crib, lush mountain views, a ceiling fan and an attached ensuite that includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub and single vanity. Guest bedroom 3 supports a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, standard closet, and sliding glass doors leading out to the upper-level oceanside lanai. A Jack-and-Jill attached ensuite with a shower/tub combo, single vanity and water closet is shared with the 4th guest bedroom, which contains a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. All bedrooms come with air conditioning for optimal temperature control. There is also a laundry room including an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a utility sink and cabinet storage for convenience.
