The lease is Month-to-Month, $1,100 per month, and the security deposit is $1,100. The home is in a quiet complex with friendly neighbors, and an overall great location… with easy access to the 101 freeway, close to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, parks, hiking trails, and the mall. Perfect location for someone who works at Amgen or Los Robles, or goes to school at CLU, Moorpark, CSUCI, or Pepperdine. We grew up in the area and have lived in this house for over 20 years, plus we just remodeled the downstairs, so we don’t have plans on moving anytime soon.
