Master bedroom is approximately 11x10 and the second bedrooms is approximately, 9x12 and the living room area is approximately, 10X17. This home comes with central air and heating and washer and dryer hook up. We do check references, call previous landlords and verify employment. You must have a minimum credit score of 600 and monthly gross income of $2750. Small dog is allowed with additional $50 per month and $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Non-refundable $45 application fee. Once approved applicant must pay the security deposit ($2750) is due within 24 hours of approval. Move-in is required to be no later than May 1, 2021. No Cats Allowed (RLNE6541112) Pet policies: Small Dogs Allowed, No Cats Allowed.
