Hello! We are a military family renting out our 2bed/2bath condo. The condo is currently occupied through middle of May, but will be empty in June. We are moving to MD. We are looking for long-term renters, 2 to 3 years preferably, and will offer cheaper monthly rent for longer-leases. The condo is located at 14th and Broadway. We are less than a mile from the zoo and Balboa park, the baseball field and Gas Lamp area. On the weekends we never drive. The condo does come with 2 parking spaces. The two rooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, with two separate entrances so it is great for two roommates, like law students going to TJSL or California Western. We are also very close to Balboa medical for military nurses, doctors and other military members. There's hardwood in the bedrooms and stone/tile floors in the kitchen. All kitchen appliances are less than 2 years old. Washer and dryer are within the unit and there is also a safe, bolted to the ground. In the green bedroom, that bed in the picture is an over-sized king, it is a big room it just looks small from the large furniture. In the gray room, that is a queen size bed. The apartment complex offers a gym, game-room, sauna and hot-tub. There is also a grill. If you are in the area I am happy to have you come by to tour the apartment.
