There is a comfortable seating area in the living room with a smart TV and an open floor plan connecting to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an outdoor shower and a BBQ charcoal grill. This location is golf cart-friendly. Dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay. Just a short stroll away is Port Aransas Beach, offering clean sands and areas free from vehicles. Mustang Island State Park is a bit further south, boasting over five miles of coastline. The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center is a must-visit for birdwatching. For a unique experience, take the Port Aransas Ferry System. Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Club offers a links-style course designed by Arnold Palmer. There may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. A professional pest control agency treats the property every month. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside this property and will result in a $500 charge if evidence of smoking exists. No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM per city ordinance. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
