Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM. This retreat is meant for relaxing and respecting the surroundings, and there is zero tolerance for loud parties or disturbances. Guests violating this may be asked to leave by local authorities with no refund. Service animals are welcome with advance approval and a $75 pet fee, and they must be leashed during your stay. Smoking or open flames are prohibited inside the home. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed at the property. If there are any additional guests not on the original reservation, there is an extra guest fee of $30 per person. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $250 fee.
