The fully stocked kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and coffee maker. You'll also find an island counter with seating. A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and body soap. Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Nestled on Lake Barkley’s tranquil shore, this lakeside retreat blends modern comfort with nature: private dock access, forested views, sunrise over the water, and easy drives to local cafés and nearby trails. Ideal for families or couples seeking kayaking, fishing, or quiet evenings by the fire with panoramic sunset vistas. All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents. There are no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control. When checking out, please dispose of all trash and food in the proper bins, leaving nothing outside the home. There is strictly a no-pet policy at home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, with fees applying and varying depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests. No smoking or parties are allowed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. [SI]
