And upon climbing to the top floor, you'll find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, the first bedroom with a detached bathroom on the left of the hallway, and the primary bedroom and bath on the right. Both full bathrooms include storage space and tub units. Home Owners Association (HOA) dues are covered by the property owner.
