Air Conditioning would be $200.00, Cable and internet, Included, which would are $200.00 a month Free Parking and Water, which would be about $200.00 a month. Save $600.00 here, plus $600.00 from increased rent for an apartment with a kitchen. Sorry, no kitchen access though. Unfurnished, but working on this. One room is oversized with 3 windows, not shown in Pictures. It is really special, you have to see it to get it. The room is actually a great room designed for a pool table, like a living room or family room. This place acts like an apartment complex, with 4 rooms and a shared bath. But the owner [me] has the bottom of the created duplex blocked off, and the 4 rooms upstairs are totally private, with a private entrance. This time, the private entrance is totally private to the tenants, and not semi private, because there is no shared door.
