Please keep that in mind before requesting an application. The idea tenant would be someone that has a quiet lifestyle, not a lot of traffic coming in and out, and considerate of their neighbors. Loitering out side of the building WILL NOT be tolerated. Our current tenants are elderly and a student that live very quiet lives.
