For rent is a 3-bedroom single bath unit in a historical house on state street in Salem. This unit is on the third floor sporting a spectacular bay window facing state street. The carpets have been recently replaced and the walls painted. It features open concept living between the family room and the eat in kitchen. Kitchen comes furnished with a gas stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The house offers in house coin operated laundry on the second floor. The furnace and water heater are both gas and the unit is inexpensive to heat. Tenants pay for electric, Gas, Water/Sewer. Included in the rent is lawncare/maintenance and trash. All applicants will be subject to background, credit, income, and employment checks. If you don't think you will pass any of these, please don't waste your time and ours. First month's Rent and Security Deposit ($500) due at signing. Pet Fee is $200 for the first pet plus an additional $100 per pet as well as an additional $30.00 per month per pet. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, we will do what we can to accommodate. Cats Only, No Dogs period, No Smoking. Application Fee is $30.00. Each person over the age of 18 will be subject to it. We treat our rentals as if we lived in them ourselves and we expect our renters to treat them accordingly.
