Immediately upon entering the home, you are pleasantly greeted by an open concept living area. The beautiful living room has a cozy fireplace and brand new furnishings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, nice countertops and cabinets, and a breakfast bar area for some in-kitchen seating. The dining room comfortably fits six people. There is beautiful flooring throughout the house, and new carpet in the bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms has a sliding door that opens to an outside area, creating lots of natural light. The primary bedroom has a connected bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All three bedrooms have ample closet space and brand new furnishings! The home also has an attached two car garage, a washer and dryer, and central AC and heating. Enjoy the lemon and lime trees in the backyard! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and a short drive to restaurants and shopping! The home is also near the Geico and General Automics offices. Brief Summary Of Rental Criteria - Household must make at least 2.5 times the rent in income. - Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650. - Each person over the age of 18 must complete an application and pay a $42 screening fee. - Available for short-term (30 days or more) or long-term (up to 12 months). - We score each household based on their income, credit score and rental history.
