Our building is conveniently located adjacent to St Vincent and features 5 private bedrooms & 3 large bathrooms. Free broadband, laundry, storage, and off street parking provided. Rooms consist of a Full size bed, nightstand, dresser, chair & closet. Blackout curtains available upon request! No toiletries, linens, or pillows provided. The space Our building is a very nice turn of the century brick colonial. This room is on the 2nd floor along with another bedroom and master bedroom. The master has its own private bath and these 2 bedrooms share the 2nd floor full bath. The 1st floor is very spacious with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. As you will see in the pictures, we chose to not feature TVs in the common areas in effort to promote privacy and quietness throughout the home. We strive to create a quiet and safe place to retreat home too. Outside you will find a screened in porch and rear yard to enjoy during the summer months. 24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, shared kitchen, shared dining room & living room, and shared recreation room with ping pong table & laundry in basement. Plus a very nice side porch and very large back yard. Other things to note Other guests are also Long Term stays. Please be considerate and friendly. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas are professionally cleaned every week. Guests maintain their own rooms. A house vacuum is also available. Thank you very much for considering our room!
