Owner is looking to do a short term, 6 month rental for the winter starting October 1st 2024 - March 31st 2025. Comfy and quaint older home in the original neighborhood of Idaho Falls. This house is down the street from the LDS temple, Snake River and Idaho Falls airport. Great stop on the way to Yellowstone Park or Jackson Hole. Walk to the waterfalls, Riverwalk, the Japanese Friendship Garden or downtown. Sweet Sage House is everything you have been looking for! No pets, no smoking. Private fenced yard. This home has potential to host a small family, a couple or someone traveling for work. The possibilities are endless! Rental includes everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. We provide a coffee machine, dishes, utensils, plates and bowls, cups, pots and pans, kitchen towels one set of linens for each bed, 4 towels and wash cloths, decorations throughout the house. Two TVs are located in the home, microwave, and new fridge. Easily sleeps 6 people with one twin bunk bed and one queen bed in the spare room. There is one king bed in the master bedroom. Smoking DEAL!! Utilities included! Fiber high speed Wi-Fi INCLUDED!! Smart TVs with free channels and streaming services you can log into. BRAND NEW Washer and Dryer Comfortable living room. Dresser and Desk in the master bedroom. Dining room table and chairs plus couch and two chairs with a bench to sit at in the living room. There is an active recording audio and video doorbell camera located at the front door for security. Two way audio is possible between owner and anyone ringing the bell. Camera faces public outside space and there are no cameras located anywhere else. Owner would come by to charge the doorbell from time to time. All furniture, decorations and accessories that were in the home prior to your stay will stay in the home upon move out. Anything missing will be charged and deducted from the deposit. There will be a $500 deep cleaning fee upon move out deducted from the deposit. If the home is trashed, an additional $500 excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. If anything is missing that came with the home or broken, that will be deducted from the deposit. This property is a duplex. There are two homes on the property. Renters will have the private home located on the ground level. You would have a total of two private entrances and a private driveway. The fence is chain link fence in the front yard, and there is a solid fence in the back separating the downstairs yard from yours. There is a small driveway parking spot that is pretty steep located to the left of the home ( if you are facing the house from the street). To the right of the building and around the corner, is the entrance for the second home (601 K Street) located at basement level under the Sweet Sage House. It's currently not occupied and being renovated (hopefully finished by winter of 2024.) Please be observant and aware of quiet hours from 10pm-7am so we can help keep the neighbors and future downstairs tenants happy. Easy, access with a keypad at the front of the home.
