Dream beach living! Primary bedroom available in this amazing ocean view house on Hermosa Ave!!! Full 3bed/3bath home with only 1 other occupant. 3rd bedroom is shared office space/guest room/full bathroom for well behaved visitors ;) The rest of the home is already furnished. Primary bedroom is large enough for a king bed. Private bathroom and slider to shared patio space. Parking (for a compact car), 2x a month housekeeping, garage storage space, and in unit laundry!! You'll be with someone who works from home (tech) and works ~50 hour/week. Weekends are usually equal parts chilling and getting outside with friends. ALL utilities included! Yes all, including high speed internet and DirecTV with Sunday Ticket. Willing to lower the rent a bit if you're not here often (travel often for work, pilot, flight attendant, etc) Would prefer at least 6-12 month lease but will consider month to month in the right scenario. Available on or after Sept 1.
