This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry machines, a 50" smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The king-size bed features fresh linens, a comfortable mattress, and fluffy pillows. A large furnished patio is also available. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" and a Highchair are available for $40 each as a one-time fee. A BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. The apartment is a short drive from Woodbine and Balmy Beach Parks, and offers easy access to top Toronto landmarks such as the CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, and Casa Loma. Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets. Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away. Stroll along cobblestone streets and explore the countless artisan shops, boutiques, and art galleries in The Distillery District. One of Toronto’s best foodie experiences, the St. Lawrence Market, is where you can literally spend an afternoon treating your senses to the freshest ingredients from around the world. Some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises. All guests may be required to complete ID verification before arrival. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There's no on-site parking available; however, there's a paid parking lot nearby for overnight parking (10-15 min walk) and paid GreenP parking for temporary parking (maximum 3 hours). SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included.
