This property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Includes a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
