Spacious 2 bedroom apartment near downtown Maryville, offering many amenities to our tenants! Pool, a good yard area, and picnic tables are all things we are excited to offer! Pets are ok, breed restrictions are pit, doberman, rottweiler, chow and german shepherd. Less than 50 lbs, two pets max. Non-refundable fee of $300 per pet and $25/mo/pet pet rent. Application is $60 per adult. Deposit is determined by credit score. Credit Score less than 600 requires a positive landlord reference. We are unable to approve you without this.
