Secure, gated underground parking is available for an additional fee of $20 per night. Situated in the vibrant Beltline neighborhood, this apartment is just steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and within walking distance of Stampede Park. You'll be a few blocks from downtown in Calgary's Design District, surrounded by trendy boutiques, eateries, and nightlife. Nearby attractions include the Calgary Tower, Devonian Gardens, and the Calgary Stampede. Keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. The dishwasher is currently not available for use. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the property, including common areas. Violations may result in a $150 fine. Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. Lost or stolen keys will incur a $250 replacement fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please check out on time to avoid a $150 fine for each additional hour. The thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off.
