Upon departure, ensure the home is tidied up with all garbage bagged and recycling gathered by the sink. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left untidy. Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Lost or stolen keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.
