On-site, underground parking for one vehicle is available at $20 per night. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the property, including common areas. Violations may result in a $150 fine. Upon departure, ensure the home is tidied up with all garbage bagged and recycling gathered by the sink. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left untidy. Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Lost or stolen keys will incur a $250 replacement fee. Guests must complete a Tenant Undertaking Form upon arrival. A maximum of two guests per bedroom is allowed, and no outside visitors or social gatherings are permitted. Items must not be hung from windows or balconies, and cigarette butts or items must not be disposed of from balconies, as fines may be applied. The thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.
