About 1348 Euclid St NW Washington, DC 20009
2 awesome rooms available in a 3Bed/2 full bath condo! Tons of space and natural light with high ceilings and oversized windows in the living room and bedrooms. The condo has all new appliances including gas stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and A/C. Some of the living area and kitchen is furnished but additional furniture will likely be needed. The bedrooms will be empty when you arrive. The master has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a nice sized window and include the drapes that are pictured. It also has plenty of space with a large closet. You can't beat this location! You can easily walk to shops and restaurants by the Columbia Heights metro stop (10 min walk if you hit all red lights), and 2 blocks away (2 min walk) is Meridian Hill park which is always busy with people relaxing and hanging out on a nice sunny day. This location is also a 10 minute walk to 14th and U Street where there are endless bars and restaurants for brunch and late-night activities. There are 2 organic grocery stores including Harris Teeter and a Giant all within a 10 minute walk. The condo is currently occupied by an early 30's male who works the normal weekday hours with weekends either hanging out or being busy with plans with friends and a mid-twenties male who is just moving in. It is a large sized room and would share the bathroom with the currently occupied male. An ideal occupant would be a tidy young professional who will take good care of their living space. No pets and no smoking please. I am looking for long-term renters (12 month minimum) who can move in ASAP. Deposit is (1 months rent). Rent is $1400 for the master and $1250 for the other room plus utilities (expected to stay under $75 per person). Water and trash removal included in rent. Please contact me if this sounds interesting to you!
