Entertainment options abound with a 65” smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, a pool table, air hockey, basketball hoops, board and card games, putt putt, corn hole, and giant Jenga. The spectacular resort-style backyard and pool area includes a private heated pool, upper deck lounge area, sportscourt for basketball and pickleball, fire pit, outdoor patio/dining area, BBQ grill, hammock, poolside loungers, and floaties. The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, it may not be as warm as you might expect. It is recommended that the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. There are some cool spots to check out nearby, including Boca Ciega Millennium Park with scenic trails and an observation tower, Lake Seminole Park for outdoor activities, Treasure Island Fun Center for indoor games, Walsingham Park with a large lake and trails, and Studio Movie Grill - Seminole for a unique movie experience. Enjoy nearby restaurants such as Mamas Kitchen, Zom Hee Chinese Restaurant, Miller's Ale House - Seminole, Big Jim's Famous Steaks Tavern & Tap, Trip's Diner, Jimmy's Sushi, Fortunato's Italian Pizzeria, and Osaka Sushi & Thai. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay or fines. Adjacent to downtown Seminole, Seminole Grove Estates has a central location with quick access to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is about a block southwest of St. Petersburg College-Seminole Campus and roughly eight miles south of Clearwater. West Coast beaches are easily accessible for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachcombing. Gulf Boulevard, a beachfront roadway with several beach access locations, is about three miles from Seminole Grove Estates. Locals do their shopping and hang out at the Seminole City Center, a shopping center with different sections for retail and entertainment.
Seminole Grove Estates has several side streets with single-story houses and apartments surrounded by trees and other greenery so you can find a peaceful, quiet place to call home. Seminole Boulevard, to the east of the neighborhood, features a variety of restaurants, including Two Cousins Pizzeria, where you can grab a New York-style pizza pie.
