This home features a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a large island, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. For entertainment, there's a game room with a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, a dart board, a plush sofa and chairs, and a Smart TV, as well as a living room with a 65" Smart TV, a large plush sofa, an indoor fireplace, expansive windows, and ample plush seating. The resort-style backyard boasts a private pool, hot tub, outdoor patio/dining area, fire pit, kid's playground, corn hole, giant Jenga, putt putt, a gazebo with egg chair swings, a BBQ grill, poolside basketball hoops, and a fully fenced yard. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. If you would like the pool heated, the fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, but keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, it may not be as warm as you might expect. Pool heating is recommended between October and May each year and requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
