134 N Arlington St is an apartment community located in Summit County and the 44305 ZIP Code.
Located directly east of Downtown Akron and the University of Akron, Middlebury is Akron’s oldest neighborhood. This historic neighborhood was home to the former Goodyear headquarters and still has a few buildings that were built during the early 1900s. Today, Middlebury is experiencing a revitalization, and several new developments have entered the neighborhood over the past few years. For example, the former Goodyear headquarter is now a mixed-use building containing apartments, office space, and a theater. Middlebury is also garnering more attention for its affordability. Similar to other parts of Ohio, Middlebury has a low cost of living so rentals are typically on the lower end, but there are high-end apartments available as well.
Middlebury also boasts an excellent location. Along with neighboring downtown and the University of Akron, Middlebury is located east of Summa Hospital and north of the current Goodyear headquarters.
