Beautiful hardwood flooring, carpeting and tile throughout the condo. 2 dedicated parking spaces, stacking washer /dryer in the unit, NO PETS and NO SMOKING in unit or building. The condo faces the beautiful Bartlett Mall with water fountain, a lot of fun Newburyport activities take place on this green space. Come and try us out for a couple of months and stay longer if you can't bear to leave. Downtown is only a few seconds away, the ocean a short drive, the famous boardwalk and harbor within a stone's throw away, along with easy access to major highways, train and bus depots.
