2 Bedroom 1 Bath 2nd floor furnished apartment for rent. 2 people maximum at 134 High Street Keene NH. A 6 month lease is required. A one-month security deposit is required. Rent is due on the first of each month. We accept cash, checks, Venmo or PayPal. The apartment: Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment with separate entrance to the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed. Included: Heat Internet Live TV streaming service with local channels included Trash removal Water Snow removal Electricity is not included with the apartment. The tenant must contact Eversource to put the electricity in their name. We are a retired couple that live on the first floor The apartment was used as an AirBNB for the last 7 years. See reviews for “Sunny New England apartment” We are going to try renting long term for the right tenant. Rules for the tenant must be adhered to. No pets of any kind, No Smoking of any kind anywhere on property, No parties. No long-term overnight guests (max 3 nights), Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No sub woofers or loud music. Rules of the house will be applied to the lease. There is no laundry on site, however there are several laundromats in the vicinity, within a mile of the apartment. Parking for the property, 2 vehicles maximum. One parking space off street and the second is on street except for snow days then the second vehicle will need to be parked in the driveway. Air conditioners are provided during the summer. We will install and remove them as the season changes. There are no laundry facilities on site.
