Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -Applicants must be a non-smoker. -Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom APPLICATION PROCESS: Each person who will be living in the home over the age of 21 must complete and submit a separate application. Application fees are $55 and non-refundable, this fee includes a credit and background check. In order to qualify, each person must meet or exceed the minimum standards for qualifications.
