There is a half wall that divides the living room from the corridor style kitchen that has light oak cabinets, a stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms have large double closets and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a wood floor and old fireplace that looks cool, but does not work. The other bedroom has wall to wall carpeting. The bathroom has a pedestal sink, a tub shower combination, and a built-in linen cabinet. Off the living room you can enter a hall that leads to one of the bedrooms, bathroom and the washer dryer stack unit. The apartments are separately metered, has a forced air gas furnace, and off street parking. There are 2 spaces for parking behind the house. It is conveniently located walking distance to KU, Dillons Grocery Store and the downtown area with many restaurants and shops. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor).
