New kitchen and appliances, granite countertops, mudroom with wine refrigerator and bar. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with closets. Integrated laundry room/ closet/ dressing room. New bathroom with tub/shower and huge vanity/ sink. Outside: covered front porch. Huge rear deck. Fenced in yard with storage shed and room for gardens. Electric vehichle charging outlets, 120 volt 15 amp and 220 volt 50 amp. With plenty of street parking. Basement is for storage only. Heat pump with central air conditioning. If you’re interested in viewing the property we can set up an appointment to view it. If you like the property and are interested in renting it, the next step is a credit check. We charge a $50.00 non-refundable fee for a credit, criminal, eviction, and background check. You will need to have a valid drivers license, legal social taxpayer, ID number for yourself as well as any co-signers. You will also need your employer’s info and current rental info. If you are serious about renting from us, the fee and paperwork will not be an issue. If there are any issues that would red flag the background checks, please tell us. Please don’t waste your $50.00 by giving us false information. Because of our strict background checks, we do not have a large turnover of tenants. We have extremely nice properties. We expect YOU to CLEAN the home on a regular basis. (This means vacuuming the carpets, cleaning the bathroom, and the refrigerator too!) Please keep the property looking nice from the outside as well. We inspect our properties and evict tenants who do not appreciate our hard work. Many of our tenants have been with us for several years. Our lease is a law-binding agreement and is several pages long. We require you to have renter’s insurance, which costs about $200.00 a year and protects your personal belongings as well as our property. Don't let this scare you. We are very nice people, and we take care of our properties and tenants. We don’t bug, call, or bother you, unless there is a problem. If there is something that needs to be fixed, it is done promptly. If you have any questions or concerns, we are easily reachable.
