We expect YOU to CLEAN the home on a regular basis. (This means vacuuming the carpets, cleaning the bathroom, and the refrigerator too!) Please keep the property looking nice from the outside as well. We inspect our properties and evict tenants who do not appreciate our hard work. Many of our tenants have been with us for several years. Our lease is a law-binding agreement and is several pages long. We require you to have renter’s insurance, which costs about $200.00 a year and protects your personal belongings as well as our property. Don't let this scare you. We are very nice people, and we take care of our properties and tenants. We don’t bug, call, or bother you, unless there is a problem.
