Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $1000 fee for misbehavior. Check-out time must be adhered to, with an $85/hour fee for delays. A clean home is a happy home, so please clean your dishes before you go, as an exceptionally messy state will incur a $60/hour cleaning fee.
