A house built in 1910 located on the 1300 block of Vermont that has been divided into 4 apartments. The 1300 block of Vermont is a cute little one block street that is walking distance to KU, Dillons grocery store, and Downtown. If you enter the apartment from the front porch you will be walking into a foyer which is shared by everyone who lives in the house. The house has a large shared front porch with a swing, a forced air gas high efficiency furnace, and 2 hot water heaters. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is the entire 1st floor. The apartment was renovated recently. It has wood floors, ceiling fans and window air conditioning. If you enter the apartment from the front porch you will be walking into the shared foyer. The front door to the apartment is off the foyer. From there you walk by pantry shelves and into the kitchen which is open to the living room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, light oak cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The living room has wood floors, ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. The large bathroom is off the living room and has a tub/shower combination, built-in linen cabinet and a full size washer and dryer. Off the living room to the right and left are the bedrooms. The right bedroom has a wood floor, ceiling fan, and double closet with sliding mirror doors. It will take a king size bed, desk and dresser. The left bedroom has wall to wall carpeting, a ceiling fan, and built in bookshelves. Off this bedroom is a dressing room with wall to wall carpeting, a double closet with sliding mirror doors and a door that leads to the back of the house.
