The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a massive bathroom, the third bedroom has four twin beds arranged as two bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. An upstairs bedroom features a queen daybed. After a day of adventure, sink into the plush beds in these well-appointed rooms, each designed to offer a peaceful haven to rest and rejuvenate. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Access to the entire house, parking area, outdoor area, and upstairs balcony is included. Please ensure to follow all pet rules, such as proper disposal of pet waste, keeping pets attended at all times, and leashing dogs when outside. Located right next to the heart of Pacific Beach, this home offers easy access to San Diego's best beach town attractions. The neighborhood is popular with both locals and vacationers, featuring trendy hotel bars, casual cafes, and a vibrant bar-hopping scene. Nearby, you can visit the historic wooden rollercoaster at Belmont Park or enjoy the sweeping views from Kate Sessions Park. Major attractions like Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are all within a 15-minute drive. For your safety, a ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door and an outdoor camera by the parking area. Please note the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all neighbors: no outdoor music, loud conversations should be kept indoors, and noise complaints must be resolved quickly to avoid reservation cancellation without refund. San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to stay. A laptop computer is not included.
