The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. When applying to lease with our company you will have to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using our firm’s third-party screening service: to start. If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.
