Longer terms available. -A Security Deposit of $3795 will be due at the time of acceptance offer. -The first month's rent, in full, will be due before move-in. -The second month's rent will be prorated accordingly (as applicable) and due on the 1st if you move in before the 1st. -A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet and a fee of $50 a month per pet will be required IF accepted. The Water Softener system, monthly tank replacements, and yearly reverse osmosis replacements are covered by the landlord.
