Available January and February 2023! All utilities included! 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay. Our cabin is located in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, GA. Enjoy your own private river access, hot tub, firepit, and proximity to North Georgia activities and events, you will never tire of all this amazing property has to offer. Enjoy the peace and quiet with modern amenities, including fast WiFi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and breathtaking views. Enjoy the outdoor game deck or the secluded hot tub. Plenty of parking in our half-circle driveway and parking area can accommodate 2-3 cars. The community is secluded and requires gate access. Deer love to roam our resort’s narrow, windy roads. Because of this, the speed limit is 10 MPH. Please be mindful of your surroundings and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife sightings! The HOA does not allow large trailers, campers, or vehicles that exceed 26ft to keep the community quiet and more secluded. Please note that you’ll use a call button to enter the community as the cabin is in a gated area with private river access. Access is available 24/7. The cabin is on a looped road, and there are two entries for the parking area. Please prepare to drive and walk on gravel as the roads and walking paths are gravel to accommodate forest living. Our beautiful cabin rests on a hillside, overlooking the river. At the ground floor level, guests have access to all of the living space and the main deck, but the firepit, hot tub, and river deck require guests to descend two flights of stairs. You will be tucked away among the North Georgia trees with river views year-round within this private community. If you love hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, or the idea of dropping a tube in the river right behind the home, you are going to love Adventure Awaits! With direct river access, you can enjoy a serene float downriver to Fish Trap Park (approx 30 mins), North Park (approx 1 1/2 hours) or even Canoe Park/Fife Bridge (approx 3 hours). You’ll also have access to other community amenities (for a small additional community fee) including mini-golf, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and more. Our cabin provides easy access to multiple wineries, apple orchards and farm stores, parks and hiking trails, and the beautiful historic mountain towns of both Ellijay and Blue Ridge. There’s never a dull moment in this adventure wonderland!
