Other things to note: Our properties are completely non-smoking/non-vaping (including balcony and pool areas). We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. NO pets are allowed. NO motorcycles, trailers, or rented golf carts. This unit is available from December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Rent is $3000.00 per month and the security deposit is $3000.00.
