Westside Santa Cruz is a thriving commercial district home to some of the best shops, restaurants, and business right outside of the Bay Area. The southern tip of the neighborhood sits closest to the shore and consists of a wide range of apartment styles. Head to Swift Street to find trendy restaurants, shops, and breweries in and around the Swift Street Courtyard, or travel along Mission Street for more great shopping and dining opportunities. Front Street, located right outside of the neighborhood west of Swift Street, has countless stores and eateries like the Cooperhouse Shopping Center and San Lorenzo Park Plaza Shopping Center.

Shopping and dining aren’t the only attractions of Westside. Part of the neighborhood is located on the coast, so beaches and greenspaces are abundant. Check out Natural Bridges State Park, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, and Wilder Ranch State Park for a plethora of outdoor adventures.
