There is a bedroom on the main level with a King bed, TV, large closet, and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The upstairs level has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, TV and access to a full, hall bathroom. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and has access to the full, hall bathroom. The primary, oceanside bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and a private, ensuite bath. There is a small deck off the primary bedroom to take in the island views and watch the morning sunrise. The unit features a ground level storage closet for guest use with some beach toys inside, and provides a charcoal grill and a outdoor shower area. The property is only two blocks away from the ocean which makes it easy to enjoy visit the beach and then return to relax at the property. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds Parking: Parking for three vehicles under carport and in driveway. Pets Policy: Pets welcome (dogs) with a nonrefundable fee of $400/pet.
