The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties/events are permitted. The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. City of Bradenton quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, during which noise must be kept below 65 dB. Important house rules include quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
