About This Home
Hi! We're Mike and Erin. This fully furnished private room comes with access to beautiful common areas as well: outdoor patio and garden, recently renovated kitchen, open plan first floor with dining area and projector with screen, laundry room, and basement studio with workout equipment. All utilities are included -- fast WiFi, water, waste disposal, gas, and electricity -- everything you need! The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed with linens, two nightstands, bookcase, small coffee table, trash can, and laundry hamper. Linens for the bathroom are also included. The bathroom is primarily yours - we may request to use the bathtub at times as our bathroom only has a shower stall. We are in the opposite corner room. The third bedroom in between is primarily used for storage, but is also available as a guest room and you can request to use it for overnight guests if you need it. We also have a casita on the property with a very friendly tenant. There is a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and a dispensary all within walking distance, with Trader Joe's and Sprouts less than a 10 minute drive away. Several local hospitals are within a 15 minute drive, and there is easy access to I-40 and I-25 for ease of access to the rest of the city and New Mexico. We live in the house and work mostly from home, but recently renovated part of the garage to be our office space so we're not in the house all day long. We run a small co-op and would love to have a tenant who is part of it. Regardless, we like sharing vegetables from the garden and eggs from the chickens. We're happy to work with renters on any additional needs such as storage, local recommendations, or other accommodations. All are welcome here! No smoking allowed inside (outside is fine). Sorry, but no pets as we already have three very friendly indoor/outdoor cats and chickens. Ample street parking available. Minimum 3 month lease. Refundable security deposit and first month's rent due at signing.
