Property management personnel will be present on the property and available for questions about the trail system. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact lake and river accessibility. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1000 fine, and pets discovered on the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. No hunting or discharging of weapons is allowed. Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
