This home features a fully equipped kitchen, a deck patio with outdoor furniture, mountain views, air conditioning, internet and Wi-Fi, and a fireplace. Free parking is available on site with a maximum of 2 cars. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this home provides easy access to all the best attractions East Tennessee has to offer, including Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park, Beyond the Lens! Family Fun, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Castle of Chaos. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. The water at this cabin is provided by a Well Water System, which has a strong sulfur odor. The water is treated monthly by a professional water treatment company and is perfectly safe. Many guests, however, may wish to bring additional spring water for drinking purposes. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area. At least one guest must be 25 years or older. Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. No firearms, fireworks, or ATVs are allowed. All of the cabins are located in the mountains of East Tennessee, and you are likely to encounter wildlife. Admire these creatures from a safe distance and do not feed them. This is a non-smoking cabin. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
