Sorry no undergrads but grads., fellows, interns most welcome. Fully applianced. Lawn service can be arranged for a reasonable monthly fee. Apply & move in after January15, 2021. We have a two pet maximum policy with a maximum of one dog. Our pet fee is $400 non refundable and pet rent is $20 per month per pet.
