It has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Why quirky? Because the bathroom sits between the studio and the kitchen which was an addition by a previous owner. You can also enter the kitchen by the deck which has a view of Crowley Lake. Please read the steps below to speed up the process and making it easier on both of us STEP 1: Please share a bit about yourself, your line of work & ideal move-in date. . STEP 2: This unit has some specials needs that are listed below. Rent is $1100/month for a furnished private studio w/full kitchen & a bathroom with a shower. My Rental price of $1100 is lower than the current market value of $1400, because it comes with the added responsibility to run the snowblower from this unit to the gate on the walkway. Please keep in mind that on snow mornings you will have get up a 1/2 hour earlier to do this. I beleive this is easier for a male to do so I encourage a male to move in but I understant that you might be a very strong female. It will also be necessary to keep icecles clear from your windows, and a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must be plugged in and stay on! Tenant pays for electricity, propane & internet. Utilities to be set up on your name to receive keys on our scheduled move-in date My 6 unit complex is on an old & delicate septic tank, which requires being very mindful about not sending down the drain any grease/hair, If you ever dry camped in a motor home, you understand the limitations of sending grey water down the drain. I have plenty of advice on this, it is just getting used to it. We are located in Long Valley which is 11 miles South of Mammoth and 5 miles north of Crowley Lake town.
