Water utilities also are separately metered for each unit and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $50 per person per month. Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the Village of Lake Hallie. Tenants pay for their own trash services. This is a SMOKE-FREE property, and the policy is strictly enforced. This property can accommodate 1 dog, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered, licensed with the city and up to date on all vaccinations. The fee is $50 per month.
