Enjoy the convenience of being a 5-minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and UH, a 15-minute drive to Downtown Cleveland, and a 25-minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Step inside to find gleaming hardwood floors and a huge living room with a brick wall and overhead lighting. The living room is furnished with a 3-person sofa and 2 armchairs. The first-floor king bedroom boasts a large closet and a private master bathroom with two separate sinks, a separate bathtub, and a separate standing shower. The den is equipped with a Smart TV with Roku hookups, a comfy 3-person couch, and an extra chair. The dining room, which seats 6 people, connects to the fenced-in backyard area for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen comes with all major appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, built-in-counter electric stove, and oven, with all dishware and cookware provided. The half bathroom and laundry room are connected to the kitchen area, leading up to a carpeted hideaway bedroom with a double bed, its own AC unit, and a portable heater. The second floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space, sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We offer a variety of a la carte options to enhance your stay, including private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. Contact us directly for more information. Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. The cleaning fee is also negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Forest Hills, this home is ideal for those seeking proximity to Cleveland's attractions. Enjoy a 6-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Forest Hill Park, a 9-minute drive to Little Italy, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and University Circle, which offers an art museum, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and bowling. The neighborhood is mostly comprised of retirees and families, with tree-lined streets and sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls. Guests have access to the entire house and two-car garage. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a built-in $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, you will need to reimburse us for the overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage, except for WiFi and security system. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows at this time. In the rare event that you see a mouse inside the house, please alert us right away, and we will take care of the problem. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, we do not provide snow removal. Snow shovels are provided for tenant use. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will remove it at their earliest convenience. We recommend checking the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival. [SI]
